So, I went on a fantasticly fun date on Friday evening! The boys made dinner, and then we took it as a picnic to a pirate ship. There is this guy (a teacher at the college) who totally built a big pirate ship in his back yard. It is high tech too. There is an entire cement foundation, electricity, surround sound (with pirates of the Caribbean sound track), etc. Amazing! Anyways, it is like an extra guest room with a memory foam mattress. It was pretty fun. And we found the dress-up box and played with that for a long time. Much, much fun!
Anyways, I had to cut that fun and amazing date short because I was supposed to be meeting someone else at the school musical of Little Women. Only, he didn't go to it. He was at the Stomp (lame attempt of a dance), but he wasn't even dancing....he was in the activity room playing the Wii. I was pretty sad about it. Mainly because this was my friend from high school that was coming down to do a campus tour and everything. He should have been excited to see me, only he only talked to me for a total of about 1 minute. He was too preoccupied with his game and having fun with other people. The least he could do was be interested in me for a second. Or communicate with me about what his plans were so I might be able to see him at a better time during the weekend. But, that wasn't the case, so it made me kind of sad. Because of that I took an 11:30pm stroll around the campus. It was really nice, and in the process I ran into the kid that I had gone on the earlier date with. That was fun. He and two of his roommates walked me the rest of the way home posing as my body guards...and throwing snowballs at me.
I guess overall the night was fun. As long as I forget about the stupid parts.
Well, I have to get to bed now. I need to wake up early to finish up a little bit of homework that I didn't want to do over the weekend.....I was too busy studying for Art History again. It wasn't as fun as last time. My friend and I were out of creative memory devices to remember things. Ha, and my presentation in Psychology tomorrow is about improving ones memory. Too bad some of it doesn't apply! Or work instantaneously. Oh well!! We are showing the short term memory loss clip from Finding Nemo in our group presentation. I'm pretty excited about that. It's going to be amazing. And some people are going to play the memory game Simon. Should be good!
Ok, I really am going to bed now.
Good night!
I miss you all!

Sounds like a bunch of fun. Pirate ship? Crazy. Who was the high school diappointment?
For the most part high school friends are high school friends.....it RARELY goes beyond that. I don't know why. I never understood it myself. But, it is true none the less.
Way to go college friends. That sounds like a very fun date. Now you need to invite him over for a fun dinner. One fun idea is lettuce bombs. They are easy to make and fun/ messy to eat.
The recipe for lettuce bombs is in your new cookbook from me by the way.... last page of the main dishes section called Bulgolgi. That is a way fun and funny dinner! Hope you had a fun cultural night/date tonight! and p.s. you can always call me-- company or not!
What are lettus bombs?!
Excuse me. L-E-T-T-U-C-E. I told your mom that my IQ has been in a free fall for the last several years...
Lettuce bombs are a Korean dish- marinated steak and rice piled on a romaine lettuce leaf, rolled into a ball and shoved into the mouth (the bigger the bite the more polite you are). Tasty and fun at the same time.
Yeah, great, you are all having a conversation on my blog and I wasn't involved!! jk. I'm glad Allie is capable of spelling...I think my brain is shot right now, I can't think of anything!
